Algalif’s standard payment and delivery terms are as follows:

1. All Purchase Orders to Algalif Iceland must be submitted in writing by the buyer. Algalif will then issue an Order Confirmation.
2. All goods shall be Paid in Advance (PiA) by the buyer against the delivery of a Proforma Invoice or other type of Order Confirmation from Algalif.
3. All goods are delivered from Algalif´s warehouse in Iceland according to standard Ex Works (EXW) Incoterms® as defined by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
4. All shipments of astaxanthin oleoresin are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
5. By ordering astaxanthin products from Algalif the buyer approves and recognizes Algalif´s analysis of the astaxanthin level of the product as stated in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or other relevant documentation.
6. These standard payment and delivery terms always apply, unless Algalif and the buyer agree otherwise.
7. An issued Invoice, Proforma Invoice, or other type of Order Confirmation including an exception from these standard payment and delivery terms is a valid statement on the part of Algalif as acceptance of a deviation from the terms.
